Guidelines for submitting your book for publishing
1. Accepted File Formats
- PDF (Preferred)
- Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx)
- OpenOffice (.odt)
- StarOffice (.sxw)
If your book contains images, Indian languages, or RTL languages, submit only in PDF format with embedded fonts.
2. Manuscripts in Indian Languages
- Embed fonts before converting to PDF.
- Use standard Unicode fonts to avoid printing errors.
3. Manuscripts in RTL Languages
- Total pages must be a multiple of 8.
- Reverse page order: first page of file = last page of book.
- Submit in PDF with embedded fonts only.
4. Page Size and Margins
- File page size must match the final print size.
- Minimum margin: 0.6″ on all sides.
- Gutter for binding: 0.5″ margin + 0.25″ gutter.

- Mangal (for Indian languages)
If submitting a PDF, make sure all fonts are embedded.
