1. Royalty Structure

At Pustakvani, we offer competitive royalty rates to our writers based on the sale of their eBooks and other content. Here’s how it works:

• eBook Sales: Writers will earn a royalty percentage of the sale price of their eBooks.

  • Standard Rate: You will receive [X]% of the sale price for each eBook sold.

  • Discounted or Promotional Sales: During special promotions or sales, the royalty may be adjusted to [Y]% of the sale price.

• Subscriptions and Membership: Writers will also earn royalties for content accessed through paid subscriptions or memberships. The share for this will be divided based on the total number of members and the writer’s share of the content consumed.

2. Payment Terms

Payments to writers will be processed on a monthly basis. Here are the key details:

• Minimum Payout Threshold: Writers must have a minimum balance of ₹[X] in their account to request a payout. If the minimum threshold is not met, your earnings will roll over to the next month.

• Payment Methods: Writers can receive payments through:

• Payment History: All previous payments made, along with their status.

4. Taxes & Compliance

As a registered entity under GSTN, Pustakvani will comply with all relevant tax laws. Writers are responsible for their own tax filings, including any income tax liability that arises from their earnings on Pustakvani.

• GST Compliance: For Indian writers, a GST invoice will be generated for all payments. If you are registered for GST, please provide your GSTIN.

• International Writers: International writers will be responsible for adhering to their local tax laws.

5. Refunds & Adjustments

• Refunds: If a customer requests a refund, the corresponding royalty for the sale will be deducted from the writer’s earnings.

• Price Changes: Writers have the flexibility to change the price of their eBooks, but this may affect previous royalty calculations if a price adjustment happens after a sale.

6. Terms & Conditions for Participation

By publishing your content on Pustakvani, you agree to the following:

• Your content must adhere to our content guidelines and community standards.

• You grant Pustakvani the non-exclusive right to sell, distribute, and promote your content on our platform.

• Pustakvani reserves the right to modify the royalty rates or payment structures with prior notice.
