2. Response and Removal

Upon receiving a complete and valid takedown notice, we will:

• Promptly review and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content

• Notify the user who uploaded the content about the takedown request

• Allow the user to file a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was incorrect or mistaken

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content was taken down and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice including:

• Your name, address, and contact details

• The URL or description of the material that was removed

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was wrongly removed

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of India

• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Repeat Infringers

Users who are found to repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated at Pustakvani’s discretion.

• We are not responsible for mediating disputes between third parties regarding copyright ownership.
