Books purchased through Pustakvani are printed on demand.
Once the order is confirmed, cancellation is not possible.
2. Returns & Refunds
Digital Products (eBooks / Flipbook):
All sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.
Agar koi technical issue (file corrupt / not opening) ho, toh support team ko 48 hours ke andar contact karein.
Printed Books:
As all books are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
Change of mind
Author content/design quality issues (spelling errors, grammar, formatting, etc.)
3. Content & Design Disclaimer
Pustakvani is a self-publishing platform.
Authors are solely responsible for the content, design, and overall quality of their work.
Pustakvani does not review, edit, or guarantee content accuracy.
4. Defective Product Replacement
In the rare event of a production defect (e.g., missing pages, torn corners, or printing error), we will provide a free replacement.
To request a replacement:
Email us at info@pustakvani.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
Mention your Order Number and attach clear images of the defect.
Replacements will be issued only if the defective product is returned in its original condition.
Pustakvani will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.
